Can I have my checks delivered with service that requires my signature?

Yes, you can. If you need signature-required delivery, please call our customer service department at 1-866-376-3526.

Can I have my checks delivered via expedited delivery?

Yes, you can. If you would like your checks shipped via next day air, please call our customer service department at 1-866-376-3526 during our regular customer service hours.

How long will take for my checks to be delivered?

Your check order will be shipped using standard commercial ground service. Delivery time in the continental US is 7 – 10 business days (Portable checks, allow up to 14 days) from receipt of completed order information. Other destinations may require additional delivery time. Please Note: Order information is considered complete when all imprint, bank and payment information along with a voided check (if applicable) are received. If you ordered multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive several days apart.

Checks and Business Solutions Return Policy

If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know by calling us at 1-866-376-3526 and we will replace it immediately. If you have received your order and feel that the personalization is not accurate to your online preview, we will be glad to re-print your order at no additional charge. We believe in our products and back them up with our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Promotional Products Return Policy

Prior to finalizing your order with Clipper for Business, you will be required to approve your order. The products and imprints will be exactly what you approved or we will refund your purchase and shipping charges.

Due to the customized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns on orders that were produced according to your approval.

If you find that your products are defective or you experience an issue with your order, please contact one of our Promotional Product Experts at 1-866-376-3526 within 30 days. If a return authorization is issued, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging to an address that will be provided.
